This Privacy Policy explains what Escape Vault 13 collects and how we use it.

Information We Collect. Your email address and display name for your account; gameplay data such as progress, completion times, achievements, and ratings; and limited technical data (browser type and screen size) when you submit feedback.

How We Use It. To provide and improve the Service, save your progress, enable multiplayer, calculate leaderboards, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support.

Voice Chat. Voice is optional. Audio is transmitted peer-to-peer only when you choose to connect and is not recorded or stored by us.

Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. Aggregate, anonymized data may be used for analytics. We share data only as required to operate the Service (e.g. our payment provider) or as required by law.

Your Choices. You can adjust profile visibility, leaderboard visibility, and friend-request settings in Settings. You can delete your account in Settings; certain anonymized records are retained for integrity and safety.

Children. The Service is not directed to children under 13.
