Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Escape Vault 13 ("the Service"), a web-based multiplayer escape-room experience. By creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account.

Licence to Play. We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to access and play published escape rooms. Free rooms may be played without charge. Premium rooms are unlocked through a one-time purchase as described on their store page.

Acceptable Use. You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, harass other players, share offensive content, or disrupt the Service. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Purchases. Purchases are processed by our payment provider. Permanent unlocks remain attached to your account. We may refund qualifying purchases under our Refund Policy.

Service Availability. The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify, suspend, or discontinue rooms or features with reasonable notice.

Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice before they take effect.
